The newest of the buildings at Ludlow Racecourse, the Plymouth stand is on two floors, which can be hired separately or together. There is space for 160 people on the ground floor and 180 on the first floor. This area is perfect if you want to have a full-day conference (on one floor) with lunch (on the other floor) and just as good for weddings, parties, wakes, theatre rehearsals, or any other private events. It has its own kitchen, bar, TV screens and all amenities needed for all events.
For longer meetings, over more than one day, prices are negotiable.
Formal sit-down lunches for up to 100 people sitting at round tables of 10 and hot buffets for up to 200 people are also available. Menus are available on request.

Day Delegate Packages include hire of the Plymouth Stand, room laid out to your instruction, refreshments throughout the day to include tea, coffee & biscuits on arrival, mid-morning and mid-afternoon, buffet lunch consisting of home cooked produce and food.
Menu: selection of sandwiches on brown and white breads, quiche, sausage rolls, scotch eggs, selection of cakes and fresh fruit, tea, coffee and cordials. From £23.50 + VAT per person.
Half-day rates from £13.50 + VAT per person to include refreshments but not lunch.
