Opened in 2003 by HRH The Prince of Wales, the Jubilee Stand is a spacious, first-floor, flexible area which can accommodate up to 300 people. It has its own balcony overlooking the course and fantastic views of Ludlow Golf Club, the Clee Hill and the Shropshire countryside. It has its own kitchen, bar and toilet facilities as well as options on ‘break-out’ rooms for conferences, and can be divided into a number of small private rooms or one large space. There are TV screens and electricity points for each space.

Day Delegate Packages to include hire of Jubilee Stand, room laid out to your instruction, refreshments throughout the day to include tea, coffee & biscuits on arrival, mid-morning and mid-afternoon, buffet lunch consisting of home-cooked produce and food.
Menu: selection of sandwiches on brown and white breads, quiche, sausage rolls, scotch eggs, selection of cakes and fresh fruit, tea, coffee and cordials.
From £23.50 + VAT per person.
Half day rates from £13.50 + VAT per person to include refreshments and not lunch.
For longer meetings, over more than one day, prices are negotiable.
Formal sit-down lunches for up to 200 people sitting at round tables of 10 and hot buffets for up to 300 people are also available. Menus are available on request.
Ludlow Racecourse is a perfect setting for a wake. Our staff are very sympathetic to your needs. For afternoon tea, this would cost from £8 per head. In addition to this, we can arrange a pay bar. This is a popular choice for racing enthusiasts and many people have their ashes scattered around the course.
